Collaboration with Éditions Yvon Blais on its Blog on Latent Defects

From now on, Mtre Bryan-Eric Lane and Mtre Sabrina Saint-Louis will be the main collaborators on Éditions Yvon Blais’s brand new blog on latent defects.
This blog, designed for the legal community, will be exclusively dedicated to latent defects in real estate matters and will deal with judgments of interest as well as the most recent jurisprudential developments in the field.
Each post published on the blog contains a link to the full text of the judgment(s) discussed as well as, for each judgment rendered since 2005, to their respective Quantum – Vices cachés summary sheet.
This bulletin provides general comments on recent developments in the law. It does not constitute and should not viewed as legal advice. No legal action should be taken on the basis of the information contained herein.
