On October 19th, Mtre Bryan-Eric Lane, in collaboration with Les Éditions Yvon Blais, held a webinar on the concept of a prudent and diligent buyer within the meaning of section 1726 C.C.Q., the seller’s obligation to inform in matters of latent defects, and the concept of fraud.
This two-hour webinar is recognized by the Quebec Bar for the purpose of its obligatory continuing education hours and can be streamed at any time.
