Genevieve Dalcourt-Malenfant obtained her law degree from the University of Montreal and subsequently completed her articling at our firm. In 2016, she also earned a Bachelor of Commerce, with a double major in finance and international business, from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business, graduating with honours.

Me Genevieve Dalcourt-Malenfant specializes in business law. Her practice primarily focuses on commercial transactions involving the sale or acquisition of businesses (assets or shares), shareholders’ agreements, and drafting commercial contracts. She frequently collaborates with tax lawyers on corporate reorganizations and asset or share transfers/rollovers.

Before joining our firm, Me Dalcourt-Malenfant worked as a student at a downtown Montreal law firm, where she gained experience in commercial litigation.
